Our return policy has 2 parts, one for defective items and one for all other items:

1. If you receive any item(s) which are defective we will replace it for you at no cost to you. We may require the item back though in some situations a picture may suffice. Contact us within 30 days of receiving the item at kapicka@msn.com for more info.

2. If you decide you don't want or don't need item(s) you've ordered from us, you can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item for return approval and instructions. We are unable to refund shipping charges on this type of return. We can exchange the items for other items on our site, or we can issue a refund of the value of the items. Shipping charges will not be refunded and depending on return size a restocking fee of 10% to 20% may be deducted from the refund. Email us at kapicka@msn.com for more info.
